Our products are digital downloadable files. Refunds are generally unavailable after a ZIP file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

A request may be reviewed for duplicate payment, an unavailable purchased file, or a product materially different from its published description. Compatibility issues will be assessed against the stated requirements and available support evidence.

Submit a request within the configured review period, currently shown by our support team, with the order number and relevant details. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be rejected. Approved refunds can take additional time to appear depending on the payment gateway or bank. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
